At first, I was having those random lag spikes, as I described above. The BT-508 has both the signal strength and the bandwidth to handle both joycons at the same time, motion data and all. Ugh, it's so frustrating not to have any objective metric to judge Bluetooth performance when buying dongles.ĮDIT: IMPORTANT UPDATE! I've got it to work perfectly with the BT-508! If anything, it made the lag a bit more frequent, but I can't know for sure. I tried installing the device drivers for the BT-508 provided by Orico, because I was using Microsoft's drivers, which installed automatically. Some seconds later the lag disappears, and sometimes it works perfectly, it's frustrating. The connection process works perfectly, it recognizes my Joycons everytime no problem, and yuzu recognizes them immediately, the only problem is that sometimes, seemingly randomly, the input on either controller lags hard. Look, it is better than some other generic adapters I've had, but it's still not perfect, unfortunately. I bought the BT-508 with the intention of using it on Yuzu, for Skyward Sword HD, it arrived today.
